Returns will not be acknowledged if the items are not returned in their original packaging

The return shipping costs will not be covered by The Home Zeal

All return requests after 14 days are not considered/approved

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the returned items arrive safely to us in their original condition within 21 days from delivery

If the returns timeframe is not met, The Home Zeal reserve the right to refuse a full refund

If the item(s) arrive damaged due to lack of packaging or not as originally described at the time of the returns request, The Home Zeal reserve the right to refuse a full refund
