HOW TO RETURN
- Please note, order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed, any cancellation requested after 24 hours is subject to denial or a 15% restocking fee will be charged
- Email email@example.com and include your invoice number, reason for return and photos of any damage
- Once you receive the returns acknowledgement email, proceed with the returns
- The Home Zeal will not cover the delivery costs of returns
- On arrival of return items, they will be quality checked and a returns decision will be made
- You will receive an email confirming the returns decision and the refund will be initiated
- Allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be completely processed
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- No returns and refunds on clearance products
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
