Cleaning : To clean your jewellery, soak it in warm water with a little diluted dish soap and use a soft-bristle baby toothbrush to remove any dirt. After cleaning, ensure the items are thoroughly dry by patting them with paper towels. Please do not use any abrasive cleaners. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean your jewelry from time to time. When done repeatedly, this is enough to revive its golden glimmer.

Storing: Our linen pouches are there to protect your favourite jewellery. So, when traveling or not wearing our jewellery, keep it in its protective bag. Pro Tip: To keep your necklaces or bracelets from entangling, store them in the pouch with their ends peeking outside. Jewellery twists from the ends, so keeping them separated prevents it.

RETURNS POLICY

* We accept returns on all jewellery except earrings due to hygiene reasons.
* Items to be returned within 14 days from the delivery date
* Items to be returned in original packaging, in a brand new/saleable condition
* Returns will not be acknowledged if the items are not returned in their original packaging
* The return shipping costs will not be covered by The Home Zeal
* All return requests after 14 days are not considered/approved
* It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the returned items arrive safely to us in their original condition within 21 days from delivery
* If the returns timeframe is not met, The Home Zeal reserve the right to refuse a full refund
